We’ll contact you via text message when your order is complete and ready for pickup. Our standard turnaround is 2 weeks from the date you drop off your garment. Wedding dress alterations take approximately 2 months (2-3 fittings).

Your receipt is helpful but not required—we can look up your order by name. Just stop by during pickup hours at the location where you dropped off.
No problem. Anyone can pick up on your behalf—just let us know their name when you drop off or give us a call ahead of time.
We recommend trying on your altered garments before leaving. If something needs a small adjustment, we’ll take care of it—our 30-day adjustment policy has you covered.
